- Tuna can : 2 cans
- (A) Ponzu : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Chin dashi (4 times concentrated) : 1 tsp
- (A) Sugar : 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Sesame oil : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Katsuobushi : 2 bags (9g)
- (A) White roasted sesame seeds : Appropriate amount
- (A) Black pepper : Appropriate amount

Take the core of Chinese cabbage and cut it into 1 cm wide pieces so that the fibers are cut off. Wash with water and drain.
