Rinse with water and drain well.
Cut the core into small pieces and the leaves into large pieces and put them in a bowl. -

Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600w microwave for 3 minutes. -

Add the grilled seaweed while tearing it and mix gently.
Serve on a plate.
Point
・ A simple recipe that can be done in the microwave.
・ Drain the lettuce well so that the seasoning gets entangled.
