    アジ中央に残っている小骨を取る。塩、料理酒を全体になじませ5〜10分程置いておく。

    卵と粉チーズを混ぜ合わせる。

    ケチャップ、マヨネーズ、砂糖、ウスターソース、カレーパウダーを加え混ぜ合わせる。

Point
