    アク抜きしたサツマイモは水を捨て、耐熱容器に入れてラップをし、電子レンジで柔らかくなるまで加熱する。木ベラを使って目の細かい網で裏ごししたら、グラニュー糖、プリン、溶かしたホワイトチョコレートを加え、都度よく混ぜる。生地を一つにまとめたら10等分にし、丸めて成形する。
