- (A)薄力粉 : 大さじ4
- (A)片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- (A)青のり粉 : 小さじ1
- (A)塩こしょう : 少々
- サラダ油 : 適量

フライパンに鍋底から1~2cm程度の高さまでサラダ油を注ぎ入れ温める。
適温になれば3に衣を潜らせ、揚げていく。
全体が香ばしく揚がれば、バットに取り出して油を切る。
器に盛り付ける。
