  • ビターチョコレート : 50g
  • 温めた生クリーム : 25g
  • ココアパウダー : 適量

    ラップにココアをふって、その上に3のチョコ餅の生地を置いたらガナッシュを乗せて丸く包み、上を輪ゴムで留める。

  5. 5) 冷蔵庫で冷やす 05:36

    お好みで冷凍庫で冷やして完成。

Point

・残ったお餅で美味しいチョコ餅が作れる。
・お好みで固さを調整すると良い。冷凍庫で15分冷やすと少し固まって美味しい。そのままだと柔らかめ、レンジで10〜15秒ほど加熱するとさらに柔らかくなる。
・ガナッシュは丸めやすい固さになればいいので、そのまま冷蔵庫に入れて冷やしても可。
