Cut the chikuwa into half moons.
Cut the peppers vertically, remove the seeds and cotton, wash with water, and chop them into small pieces. -

Point
・ Mentsuyu can be used as a substitute for chin soup stock.
・ When making for snacks, it is recommended to thin the mayonnaise to 2 tablespoons and the chin soup stock to about 1/2 tablespoon. If you want to accompany the rice, increase the amount and finish it thicker.
・ By putting the mayonnaise on fire, the acidity will fly away and the mellow flavor and richness will come out.
・ Add peppers and fry lightly to enjoy a good texture.
