Ingredients
- 豆腐 : 350g
- 鶏ひき肉 : 200g
- 醤油 : 大さじ1
- 料理酒 : 大さじ2
- みりん : 大さじ2
- 砂糖 : 小さじ1
- 水 : 100CC
- ネギ : 15cm
- 玉ねぎ : 小1個
- 白だし : 大さじ1
- 卵 : 2個
- ごま油 : 小さじ1

Put soy sauce, cooking liquor, mirin, sugar and water white sauce in a bowl and mix gently. Add minced chicken and mix further.

フライパンに2cm幅程度に切った豆腐を入れて、炒めた玉ねぎを上にのせる。混ぜ合わせた調味料を流し入れて、ネギをのせて蓋をして1分煮込む。

火を止めて、溶き卵を流し入れる。再度加熱し、蓋をして煮込む。
Point
・ Tofu may be cotton.
・ By adding minced chicken to the seasoning and mixing it, the soup stock will be easier to soak in.
・ Cut the onion to the desired thickness.
・ Trefoil may be used instead of radish sprouts.
・ Boil the eggs for 30 seconds to 1 minute until they are as soft as you like.
