- Eggplant : 5 bottles
- 椎茸 : 5枚
- ピーマン : 3個
- 長ネギ : 1/2本
- 生姜 : 1欠分
- ニンニク : 1欠分
- 豚ひき肉 : 160g
- (A) Sweet bean sauce : 大さじ3
- (A) Ketchup : 大さじ1
- (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A) Doubanjiang : 小さじ2
- (A) Alcohol : 3 tbsp
- (B) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1
- (B) Hot water : 150cc
- Chinese pepper : 適量
- 酒とき片栗粉 : 適量

Slice the eggplant to remove the stem, cut it in half lengthwise, and then cut it into 3 or 4 equal pieces.
Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, discard the stems and seeds, and slice lengthwise into thin strips.
Thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
Cut the green onions into bellows shapes and roughly chop them.
Roughly chop the ginger and garlic. -

(B)を入れて混ぜる。

なすとピーマンを入れて混ぜる。
長ネギを入れて混ぜる。
花椒を入れて混ぜる。 -
