                        Prepare chicken thighs

Point
                            ・ If you are not good at chicken thigh skin, remove it before use.
・ You may use raw garlic instead of garlic powder.
・ By sprinkling the flour on the chicken thighs, the texture of the batter will be improved and it will be delicious.
・ Fry chicken thighs and reheat the oil once it has cooled.
