Ingredients

- 卵(Mサイズ) : 3個
- 水 : 大さじ3(45g)
- (A) Unsalted butter : 50g
- (B)無塩バター : 少々

Crush the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a bowl.
Put it in a 500w microwave oven and heat it for 1 to 1 and a half minutes to melt it. -

Add the butter of (A) to water and heat in a 500w microwave oven for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Break the egg into a bowl and beat it. -

Mix eggs and butter

Add the melted butter little by little and mix with the eggs.

炊飯釜全体にバターを塗り、生地を流し入れる。
炊飯器で炊飯し、炊き上がったら20分程置く。
炊飯釜から外して、切り分けたら完成。
Point
・ Adjust the heating time in the microwave until the chocolate melts.
・ You may melt the chocolate in a water bath.
・ When heating, be careful not to melt the chocolate.
・ When melting the eggs, mix them to cut the white meat without adding air.
・ If you like, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa powder.
