- ブラックチョコレート : 150g
- ココアパウダー : 適量

Procedure

Drain the tofu

Do not throw away the tofu pack.
Wrap the tofu in a kitchen sheet and put a weight on it.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to drain. -

Combine tofu and chocolate

Crush the drained tofu into a paste.
Add crushed chocolate and heat in a 500w microwave for about 1 minute. -

Chill and harden

Mix the melted chocolate and tofu and put them in a tofu pack.
Cool until it hardens, then remove it from the mold. -

仕上げる

トリュフを等分に切り分け、手を少しだけ水で濡らして丸める。
丸めたらココアを全体にまぶし、完成。
Point
・ Adding cocoa makes it more delicious.
・ Make the tofu into a paste.
・ If you want a smoother texture, strain the tofu with a colander.
・ Do not over-harden the truffles.
・ If you want to make it sweeter, use milk chocolate.
