Poke holes all over the okra with a bamboo skewer. -

表面にラップを張り付け、粗熱を取る。
冷蔵庫で3時間以上漬けたら完成。
Point
・The noodle soup used is twice as concentrated.
- By rubbing the okra on a board, the fine hairs are removed and it becomes more palatable.
- By making holes in the okra, it is less likely to shrink when heated and the soup stock can penetrate more easily.
- Adjust the cooking time of the okra depending on the amount and size of the okra.
You can also use a zip bag when soaking.
・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
