  • 絹厚揚げ : 240g
  • ちくわ : 1袋(115g)
  • 鰹節 : 3g
  • サラダ油 : 小さじ1と1/2
  • 味の素 : 5振り
  • 塩 : 小さじ1/3
  • 水 : 200cc
  • 小ネギ : 適量

  1. 1) 下準備をする 01:50

    Cut the chikuwa diagonally.
    Make thick fried silk into a large dice cut.
    Grip the dried bonito flakes with your fingers and grind them into powder.

    フライパンにサラダ油を入れて温める。
    絹厚揚げ、ちくわを入れて強火で焼く。

  3. 3) 材料を煮る 03:51

    絹厚揚げとちくわに焼き目がついたら、水を入れる。
    1の鰹節の粉、味の素、塩を入れて、沸騰するまで煮る。
    沸騰したら、蓋をして弱火~中火で10分煮込む。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 05:08

    器に盛りつけて、小ネギをかけて完成。

Point

・醤油、みりん、酒は使わない。
・絹厚揚げは、焼く用、焼かない用どちらでも良い。
・ちくわは、箸で掴みやすいように斜めに切ると良い。
・絹厚揚げとちくわを焼くことで、良い香りが出る。
・短時間で、しっかりと煮込んだ味になる。
・からしをつけても美味しい。
