小松菜は、根元を切り落として5cm幅に切り、水を張ったボウルに浸けておく。
ボウルに(A)を入れて混ぜる。
大葉を細切りにする。
水に浸けた小松菜を、ざるにあけて水気を切る。 -

炒める

フライパンに油を引き温める。
小松菜の茎を先に入れて炒める。
軽く炒めたら葉を加えて炒め合わせる。
ごま油をひと回し加えて炒める。
ボウルに合わせた(A)を加えてひと煮立ちさせる。
火を止め、天かすを加えて軽く混ぜる。 -

盛り付ける
