  • 鶏もも肉 : 350g
  • にんにく : 2片
  • 生姜 : 10g
  • (A) Soy sauce : 4 tbsp
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ4
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ4
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ2
  • (A)うま味調味料 : 3振り
  • (A)輪切り唐辛子 : 適量
  • 油 : 小さじ1

    沸いたら弱めの中火にし、蓋をして1分~1分30秒煮る。

    鶏もも肉を数回裏返し、タレにまんべんなく漬ける。
    火を止めて蓋をし、1時間程余熱で火を通す。
    30分経ったら、一度鶏もも肉を裏返す。

  6. 6) 仕上げる 07:36

    1時間経ったら、火にかけて軽く加熱をする。
    鶏もも肉を取り出し、適当な厚さに切る。
    軽く煮詰めたタレ、小ねぎをかけたらかけたら完成。

Point
