Ingredients

  • Pork Belly Block : 300g

  • (B) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1
  • (B) Five-spice powder : 小さじ1/2
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ1
  • チンゲン菜 : 1株
  • 卵 : 2個
  • ご飯 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Cutting the material 02:30

    Slice the onion thinly.
    Peel the ginger and chop it finely.
    Remove the garlic sprouts and chop finely.
    Cut the pork belly block into 1cm-wide strips.
