- broccoli : 1 share (350g)
- ツナ缶 : 2缶(140g)
- 玉ねぎ : 30g
- (A)塩 : ひとつまみ
- (B)白ねりごま : 大さじ2
- (B)マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- (B)すし酢 : 大さじ1
- (C)塩 : 小さじ1/4
- 黒胡椒 : 適量

Cut broccoli

Divide the broccoli into ovaries and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut off the hard part of the stem, peel it and cut it into 3 cm squares. -

Boil broccoli

Boil water in a pan and add the salt from (A).
Add broccoli, boil for 30 seconds and chill in ice water. -

Make sesame sauce

Finely chop the onions and put in a bowl.
Add the tuna and (B) and mix while breaking the tuna. -

(C)の塩、黒胡椒を加え、和えたら完成。
Point
・ Boil broccoli after boiling water.
・ If you want to remove the spiciness of onions, expose them to water.
