  • 長ネギ : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Preparing raw hormones 02:10

    焼き色がついたら裏返す。
    半分程度の大きさになったら、3を2/3加えて混ぜる。
    軽く水分を飛ばし、全体に味噌が絡んだら火からおろす。

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 15:20

    お皿に4を盛り付け、2を乗せたら完成。

Point
