Ingredients

  • Strawberry : Appropriate amount
  • ブルーベリー : 適量
  • いちご牛乳 : 500g
  • 粉寒天 : 5g
  • 水 : 200cc
  • 砂糖 : 20g
  • ぬるま湯 : 50~100cc

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare strawberry 01:25

    4を弱火にし、いちごを加えて砂糖を溶かす。
    ブルーベリーを加えて沸かし、火を止める。
    液体を、いちご牛乳に加えて混ぜる。

  6. 6) 再度鍋を沸かす 04:22

    いちごの入っていたボウルにぬるま湯を入れ、混ぜる。
    5の鍋に加えて中火にかけ、沸いたらボウルに移す。

  7. 7) ゼリーを作る 04:46

    鍋にいちご、ブルーベリーを並べ、2~3分水にあてる。
    6の液体を、いちご牛乳に加えて混ぜる。

  8. 8) 仕上げる 05:17

    鍋にいちご牛乳を加え、表面の泡を取り除く。
    冷蔵庫で半日冷やし固め、鍋から外したら完成。

Point

・ You can choose the type of sugar you like.
・ When melting powdered agar, mix gently.
・ When using stick agar or plate agar, adjust the heating time.
・ When you put the pot in water, do not put ice in it.
・ If the agar does not come off the pot, warm the bottom of the pot on the stove for about 5 seconds.
