    ボウルに豆腐を入れてヘラで押しつぶす。
    ホットケーキミックスとごま油を加えて混ぜ、手で生地をまとめる。

    生地を2等分にして丸く広げる。
    生地の中心に餡を乗せる。
    餃子や肉まんを包むように伸ばしながら包み、閉じる。

    フライパンに油を入れて4の閉じ目を下にして入れる。
    弱火で2分焼く。
    裏返して薄く伸ばし、焼き色が付くまで2分焼く。
    再度、裏返して焼く。
