Put about 1.5cm of water (not included in the recipe) into a large frying pan and place over high heat.
Once it boils, turn off the heat and add 2.
Place over high heat, cover and steam for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Point
*The amount of water varies depending on the pancake mix, so if it does not mix in step 1, add water in 10ml increments to adjust the firmness of the batter.
・If you use a silicone cup, you do not need a baking cup.
- After steaming for 5 to 6 minutes, if the water has reduced, add more.
- If you stick a skewer into the meat and no batter sticks to it, it's cooked through.
-If you are not going to eat it right away, remove it from the heat-resistant container and cover it with damp kitchen paper to cool.
