Ingredients
- もやし : 200g
- 小ねぎ : 2本
- Olive oil (for first addition) : 1/2 tablespoon

- (B) Pizza cheese : 30g
- (B) Alcohol : 大さじ1/2
- (B) Granulated consommé : 小さじ1
- (B) Grated garlic : 小さじ1/2
- (B) Grated ginger : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Ponzu sauce : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A) Olive oil : 大さじ1
- (A) Black pepper : 適量

Add (A) to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

小ねぎを水洗いして水分を拭き取り、根元を切り落として小口切りにする。
もやしを水洗いしてザルにあげ、キッチンペーパーで水分を拭き取る。 -

Add olive oil (for first addition) to a frying pan, spread it evenly, and heat over medium heat for 30 seconds.
Add all the ingredients from step 3 and spread evenly while adjusting the shape.
Turn the heat to medium-high and cook while pressing down with a spatula. Once the shape is set, cover and steam-cook.
After 1 minute 30 seconds, open the lid and cook for 30 seconds.
Once browned, flip the meat over, add olive oil (to be added later) around the side of the pan, and shake the frying pan to coat the entire surface.
Once the other side is browned, flip it over, increase heat to high and cook for 20 seconds.
Flip and cook for 20 seconds then remove from heat. -

Point
・The amount shown is enough for 2-3 people.
・A 24cm frying pan is used.
・You can leave out the green onions.
-You can use Japanese-style granulated soup stock or chicken stock powder instead of the granulated consommé, if you prefer.
You can use olive oil or any oil you like.
・After coating with potato starch, it is best to bake immediately.
- Finally, grill it over high heat to give it a nice texture.
