Ingredients

  • サッポロ一番みそラーメン : 1袋
  • 豚ひき肉 : 70g
  • cabbage : 80g
  • 絹豆腐 : 150g
  • 味噌 : 小さじ2
  • 味の素 : 4振り
  • 水 : 450cc
  • (A)おろしにんにく : 1片
  • (A)一味唐辛子 : 小さじ1強
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ1
  • 小ねぎ : 適量
  • (B) Chili pepper : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut cabbage 01:06

    Cut off the core of the cabbage and cut it into 2 cm wide pieces.

  2. 2) Fry pork and cabbage 01:22

    Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and fry the minced pork.
    Add cabbage, miso and Ajinomoto and fry over medium heat.

    Add silk tofu by loosening it with a spoon.
    Add water and (A), increase the heat and boil.

    Add dried noodles and simmer until the noodles are loosened.

・ Use miso that does not contain soup stock.
