Ingredients
- サッポロ一番みそラーメン : 1袋
- 豚ひき肉 : 70g
- cabbage : 80g
- 絹豆腐 : 150g
- 味噌 : 小さじ2
- 味の素 : 4振り
- 水 : 450cc
- (A)おろしにんにく : 1片
- (A)一味唐辛子 : 小さじ1強
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1
- 小ねぎ : 適量
- (B) Chili pepper : 適量

Procedure

Cut cabbage

Cut off the core of the cabbage and cut it into 2 cm wide pieces.

Fry pork and cabbage

Add vegetable oil to a frying pan and fry the minced pork.
Add cabbage, miso and Ajinomoto and fry over medium heat. -

Add tofu and seasonings

Add silk tofu by loosening it with a spoon.
Add water and (A), increase the heat and boil. -

Add noodles and powdered soup

Add dried noodles and simmer until the noodles are loosened.
Turn off the heat and add the included powdered soup to dissolve. -

Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with the included shichimi pepper.
Sprinkle small onions and (B) chili peppers and you're done.
Point
・ Use miso that does not contain soup stock.
・ For grated garlic, you may use a commercially available tube.
・ If you like, it is recommended to top with chili oil and red pepper.
・ It is also recommended to add your favorite ingredients such as carrots and bean sprouts.
