  1. 1) 豚こま肉の下ごしらえをする 01:10

    ポリ袋に(A)を入れて混ぜる。
    豚こま肉を加えて手で揉み、全体に馴染ませる。
    15分置いておく。

    パプリカを千切りにする。
    ミニトマトと合わせてお皿に盛る。

    フライパンに油を引いて温め、1を入れて炒める。
