- バター : 適量
- 水 : 少々

Put egg yolk and (A) in a bowl and mix.
Sift the cake flour and mix. -

Whisk the egg whites until they have soft horns.
Add sugar in 3 portions and whisk until horns are formed. -

Match the dough

Add meringue to 1 little by little and mix each time.

フライパンを弱火にかけ、バターを溶かして軽く油をふき取る。
生地を厚めに入れて水を加え、蓋をして4~5分程焼く。
裏返して水を加え、再度蓋をして5分程焼いたら完成。
Point
・ Vanilla extract can be used as a substitute for vanilla essence or vanilla oil.
-Granulated sugar may be used instead of sugar.
・ When baking the dough, it is recommended to heat the frying pan to 130-140 ℃.
