    3をラップで挟んで、厚さ約1.5cmに伸ばす。
    打ち粉(分量外)をコップの縁につけて、型を抜く。
    抜いた生地にラップを被せ、40分〜1時間冷蔵庫で冷やす。

    クッキングシートを敷いた天板に4を間隔を空けて並べ、表面にハケで牛乳を塗る。
    190度に余熱したオーブンで18~20分焼いたら完成。
