Ingredients
- Silken tofu : 150g

- (B) Instant coffee : 1 and 1/2 teaspoon

Point
                            ・ Palatable tofu tiramisu recipe.
・ If you like, you can use granulated sugar, millet sugar, or lacant if you want to reduce the sugar content.
・ Biscuits may be replaced with commercially available sponges.
・ Use instant coffee that melts in hot water.
・ If the cream cheese is returned to room temperature, step 1 may be omitted.
・ In step 1, if the cream cheese is hard after heating, add a heating time of 10 seconds. Be careful not to overheat.
・ If you like, you can add honey, vanilla essence, and rum during step 2.
・ If you are concerned about the flavor of silken tofu, you can substitute sugar for honey. In that case, the amount of honey should be half the amount of sugar.
 -During step 2, you may stir with a hand blender instead of straining the dough.
・ By straining the dough in step 2, the texture will be improved.
・ If you do not have a strainer, use a colander with a fine mesh.
・ Two 170 ml containers are used.
・ If the biscuits do not fit in the container during step 4, crush the biscuits and put them in.
