- Unsalted butter : 70g

- 牛乳 : 2カップと1/2

- 塩 : 少々
- コーンスターチ : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 1/2カップ
- （B）砂糖 : 1/2カップ
- （A）水 : 1/2カップ
- （B）水 : 大さじ4

Mix flour and milk

Put unsalted butter in a pan and heat to dissolve.
Add flour and fry for 3 minutes, add milk and mix. -

Add seasoning

Add the sugar of (A) to 1 and mix, and heat for 6 to 7 minutes.
Add rose water and salt, mix and place in a container. -

Make caramel

Add cornstarch to the water of (A) and mix.
Put the sugar of (B) in a pan and heat it over high heat.
Add the water of (B) and melted cornstarch and mix. -

2にカラメルをかけ、お好みの大きさに切ったら完成。
Point
・ Vanilla essence may be used instead of rose water.
・ It is also recommended to use soy milk or almond milk instead of milk.
・ Potato starch may be used instead of cornstarch.
・ If you like, it is recommended to top with nuts.
