- Somen noodles : 2 bundles
 - (A)鶏ガラ : 大さじ1
 - (A)白だし : 大さじ1/2
 - (A)酢 : 小さじ1
 - (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
 - (A)砂糖 : 小さじ2
 - 水 : 200ml
 - きゅうり : 1本
 - 塩 : 小さじ1/4
 - 酢(きゅうり用) : 小さじ1/2
 - (B)ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
 - (B)ごま : ひとつまみ
 - ホワイトペッパー : 5振り

Procedure

                        Make soup

Put (A) in a bowl and mix to dissolve.
Add water and mix.

Point

・ If you like soup, you can increase the vinegar in the soup to 2 teaspoons.

・ If you want to eat immediately during step 1, cool it in the freezer.
・ If you like, add white pepper and chopped garlic to 2.
・ Adding kimchi and boiled eggs will make it look better.
