- Chicken breast : 1 sheet
- 塩 : 小さじ1/2
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- （A）オリーブオイル : 大さじ1
- ケチャップ : 大さじ2
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ2
- 砂糖 : 小さじ2
- ウスターソース : 小さじ2
- （B）オリーブオイル : 適量

Put in a bag and knead in the order of salt, potato starch, and olive oil (A). -

Add sugar and Worcestershire sauce and mix. -
