- (A) Mentsuyu (3 times concentrated) : 大さじ2
- (A) Coffee fresh : 大さじ2
- (B) Blue perilla : 適量
- (B) Chopped seaweed : 適量

                        Heat udon

                        Put the frozen udon on a plate and heat it in the microwave as indicated on the bag.

 Drain the udon noodles with a colander and serve in a bowl.

Point
                            ・ A simple recipe that puts all the ingredients on top and eats while mixing.
