Cut the cucumber in half vertically and cut it diagonally to 7-8 mm.
Slice the garlic into thin slices.
Sprinkle salt (outside the amount) on the cucumber and knead it. -

Fry hawk claws and garlic and add (A).
Drain the cucumbers and add to the frying pan.
