Ingredients

  • いか : 3杯
  • にんじん : 1/2本
  • ズッキーニ : 1/2本

  • (A) 砂糖 : 大さじ1
  • (A) コチュジャン : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) 粉唐辛子 (粗びき) : 大さじ3
  • ごま油 : 適量
  • 油 : 適量

Procedure

    Mix (A), add the sardines and pickle.

    Cut carrots and zucchini into strips.
    Cut the onions into julienne and cut the green onions diagonally.
