Ingredients
- いか : 3杯
- にんじん : 1/2本
- ズッキーニ : 1/2本
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- 長ねぎ : 1本
- にんにく : 3~4個
- (A) Soy sauce : 3 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- (A) 砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (A) コチュジャン : 大さじ1/2
- (A) 粉唐辛子 (粗びき) : 大さじ3
- ごま油 : 適量
- 油 : 適量

Mix (A), add the sardines and pickle.

Cut the onions into julienne and cut the green onions diagonally.
