  • 黒コショウ : 適量
  • パセリ : 適量

Procedure

    人参を千切りにする。
    玉ねぎをスライスに切る。
    きゅうりをスライスに切る。
    ボウルに切った野菜を入れる。
    塩(揉み込み用)をして手で揉み込む。
