材料

  • Unadjusted soymilk : 300ml
  • (A) 砂糖 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A) 粉ゼラチン : 3g
  • (A) お湯 : 大さじ1
  • 抹茶豆乳 : 200ml
  • (B) Gelatin powder : 2g
  • (B) Hot water : 大さじ1
  • 黒蜜 : 適量

  1. 1) Melt gelatin powder 01:54

    Put (A) powdered gelatin and hot water in a bowl and mix.
    Heat in a 600w microwave for 10 seconds and mix again.

  2. 2) Heat soy milk 02:37

    Put unadjusted soymilk and sugar in a bowl and mix gently.
    Heat in a 600w microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

  3. 3) Make a plain taste 03:20

    Add 1 to 2 and mix, put in a container and remove air bubbles.
    Remove the heat and chill in the refrigerator for half a day to harden.

    器にそれぞれ崩して入れ、黒蜜をかけたら完成。

Point

・ When using adjusted soymilk, adjust the amount of sugar to your liking.
・ Recommended even if cooked with your favorite soy milk.
・ Heat soy milk until it is as warm as lukewarm water.
・ If you like, it is recommended to sprinkle kinako on it.
・ It is recommended to use 1g of powdered gelatin for every 100ml of soymilk.
