Ingredients
- potatoes : 2 medium pieces (350g)

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut into thin slices using a slicer.
Place immediately in a bowl of water and soak for 3 minutes.
Drain and wipe dry with a paper towel. -

Fry a small amount (about a handful) at a time for about 2 minutes. -

・You can peel the potatoes.
