  • 一味唐辛子 : 適量

    鶏むね肉はキッチンペーパーでドリップを取る。
    皮を取り、細長く切る。
    切った鶏むね肉をポリ袋に入れ、(A)の調味料で下味をつける。

  2. 2) 衣を作る 02:37

    器に(B)を入れ、混ぜ合わせる。

  3. 3) 鶏むね肉を揚げる 03:26

    フライパンに油を入れて火にかける。
    1の鶏むね肉に2をつけて、弱火~中火でじっくり揚げる。
    皿に盛りつけ、マヨネーズと一味唐辛子を添えて完成。
