- (A)めんつゆ : 100ml
- (A)水 : 100ml
- もやし : 1/2袋
- White ground sesame (for ingredients) : 大さじ1
- 中華麺 : 2玉
- 白すりごま(仕上げ用) : 適量
- ラー油 : 適量
- 粗挽き胡椒 : 適量

Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into 2-3 cm wide pieces.

Point
