Ingredients
- Biscuits : 10 sheets
- 溶かしバター : 40g
- ストロベリーヨーグルト : 3個
- ホイップクリーム : 1個

Make the bottom dough

Place the biscuits in a bowl and crush them in the bottom of a glass until they form crumbs.
Add the melted butter and mix with a spatula.
Place the bottom dough into a mold lined with parchment paper and press down with a spatula until it reaches the corners.
Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. -

Make the terrine dough

Put strawberry yogurt in a bowl and add just the yogurt part of one piece.
Mix with a spatula.
Add the whipped cream and mix. -

Pour 2 into 1.
Drop the mold several times to release the air.
Add the strawberry sauce made from the strawberry yogurt left over from step 2.
Mix with a toothpick to create a pattern.
Chill in the refrigerator overnight. -

- Use your favorite biscuits or cookies.
You can substitute the strawberry yogurt with any flavor of yogurt you like.
・Strawberry yogurt uses yogurt with strawberry sauce.
