Procedure

  1. 1) えのきを加熱する 00:40

    えのきの石づきを切り落とし、半分に切って耐熱容器に入れる。
    (A)の調味料を入れ、蓋をせず、電子レンジで2分加熱する。

    よく洗ったにんじんをスライサーで細切りにする。
    1のえのきに加え、電子レンジで2分加熱する。

    2をビニール袋にうつし、袋の先端を切って水気を切る。
    水気を切ったえのきとにんじんを耐熱容器に戻す。

    3に(B)の調味料を入れ、混ぜ合わせたら完成。
