    器に卵を割り入れ、溶きほぐす。
    チョコレートを細かく刻み、耐熱ボウルに移す。
    無塩バターを小さめに切り、耐熱ボウルに加える。

  2. 2) 生地を作る 03:35

    耐熱ボウルに牛乳を加えて、ゴムベラで軽く混ぜる。
    軽くラップをして、600wの電子レンジで1分加熱する。
    泡立てないようにゴムベラで混ぜ溶かす。
    軽くラップをして、600wの電子レンジで20秒加熱し、よく混ぜる。
    卵を加えて、泡立てないようよく混ぜる。

  3. 3) 加熱する 05:40

    耐熱容器に生地を流し入れ、上下に揺すって表面を平らにする。
    軽く持ち上げて落とすを2~3回繰り返し空気を抜く。
    軽くラップをして、600wの電子レンジで2分30秒加熱する。
    ラップを外し、キッチンペーパーを被せて粗熱を取る。
    ラップをし、冷蔵庫で3時間冷やしたら完成。
