- (A) Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Mirin : 1 tablespoon
- (A) sugar : 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Sesame : 3-4 tablespoons
- Sesame oil : 1/2 tbsp
- salt : a pinch
- hawk claw : as you like

Boil water in a pot and add salt. -

If you like, add round slices of hawk claws and mix. -

When the water in step 1 boils, add the konnyaku and boil for about 3 minutes.
Put it in a colander and leave it until the water evaporates. -

Add konnyaku to a frying pan without oil and dry roast.
Add sesame oil and fry lightly, then add the sauce.

Point
・If you don't need to remove harshness from konjac, you don't need to pre-boil it.
・Grated sesame is also acceptable. If you like both, you can add it while crushing the sesame seeds.
・It's also delicious if you add condiments (white onions, etc.) to your liking.
・If you want to avoid oil, you can omit the sesame oil.
・It's delicious even when it's cold.
