  • (B)塩 : 小さじ1/2
  • (B)水 : 300ml
  • ブラックペッパー : 適量

Procedure

    Thinly slice the onion and add to the bowl.

    熱いうちにスライスチーズを加えて混ぜ、余熱でチーズを溶かす。

    1の水気を手で絞って、4に加える。
    続けて3、2も加える。
    ブラックペッパーを加えて混ぜ、スパゲティに絡める。
    ラップをして冷蔵庫で1時間寝かす。

Point

・You can use regular spaghetti, but if you use salad spaghetti, the boiling time will be shorter, which will save you time.
・Condensed milk can be substituted with sugar.
If you don't have any umami seasoning, you can omit it.
-Thin cut bacon is fine, but using thick cut bacon will give a better texture.
- Rub the vegetables with salt to remove moisture so the flavor doesn't become diluted.
