Ingredients

  • pumpkin : 450g
  • 水(下処理用) : 大さじ2と少々

  • (A)水 : 300ml
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ1
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ1
  • (A)塩 : ひとつまみ
