Ingredients
- minced meat : 150g
- onion : 1/2 piece
- Carrots : 40g
- water : 2 tablespoons
- curry roux : 2 pieces
- (A) Worcestershire sauce : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Sugar : 1 teaspoon
- (A) grated garlic : 1/2 teaspoon
- (A) Whole tomato can : 120g
- Unsalted butter : 15g
- cheese (melting) : 適量

Chop the onions and carrots and place them in a heatproof bowl.
Add water, wrap loosely, and heat in a 600W microwave oven for 1 minute and 30 seconds. -

Mix well, put curry roux on top, wrap loosely, and heat in a 600W microwave for 6 minutes. -

Point
・The video uses ground beef and pork, but you can use any ground meat you like.
・Canned whole tomatoes are recommended as they have more condensed umami. If you don't have one, you can use canned tomatoes instead.
・If you don't have unsalted butter, you can use salted butter diluted with a little water. Alternatively, you can add less Worcestershire sauce and add salted butter.
・When making the wrap softer, make an opening for the air.
・Because butter loses its flavor when heated, be sure to add it at the end of heating.
