Ingredients

  • Oats : 150g
  • (A) Chocolate chip : 200g
  • (A) Coconut oil : 30g
  • 卵黄 : 2個
  • 砂糖 : 25g
  • 生クリーム : 240ml

Procedure

  1. 1) Make the cup part 00:01

    Toast the oats in a frying pan over low heat.

    Add the roasted oats and mix with a rubber spatula, then pour into a disposable plastic cup.
    Spread the oat chocolate mixture around the bottom and edges of a plastic cup to create the base of the cupcake.
    Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden.

    鍋に卵黄と砂糖を入れ泡だて器で混ぜ合わせ、生クリームを加える。
    弱火にかけ混ぜながら加熱し、とろみがついたら火から降ろす。

- Chilling and hardening time is not included in the recipe time.
