- (A) Chocolate chip : 200g
- (A) Coconut oil : 30g
- 卵黄 : 2個
- 砂糖 : 25g
- 生クリーム : 240ml
- チョコレートチップ : 100g

Make the cup part

Toast the oats in a frying pan over low heat.
Once browned, transfer to another plate.
Heat a suitable amount of water (not included in the recipe) in a frying pan, then float the bowl containing (A) on top and place in a water bath.
Mix with a rubber spatula and remove from the water bath when the chocolate chips are completely melted.
Add the roasted oats and mix with a rubber spatula, then pour into a disposable plastic cup.
Spread the oat chocolate mixture around the bottom and edges of a plastic cup to create the base of the cupcake.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden. -

弱火にかけ混ぜながら加熱し、とろみがついたら火から降ろす。
チョコレートチップを加え、完全に溶けるまで混ぜ合わせる。 -

Point
Be careful not to overcook the oats as they will burn.
- When heating in a water bath, be careful not to let water get into the chocolate chips.
- Plastic cups can be replaced with paper cups or cupcake molds.
- If you heat the mixture for too long in step 2, the eggs will separate, so remove it from the heat as soon as it thickens.
- Chilling and hardening time is not included in the recipe time.
