Ingredients

  • 大根 : 200g
  • ちりめんじゃこ : 20g
  • 木綿豆腐 : 75g
  • 大葉 : 3枚
  • 焼き海苔 : 適量
  • (A)きび砂糖 : 小さじ1
  • (A)米酢 : 小さじ2
  • (A)ごま油 : 小さじ2
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ2

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 00:09

    大根の皮を剥いて、千切りにする。
    ボウルに冷水(分量外)、大根を入れて、10分ほど浸ける。
    大葉を千切りにする。
    大根をザルにあけて水気を切って、キッチンペーパーで水気を拭き取る。

  2. 2) ドレッシングを作る 00:58

    容器に(A)を入れてよく混ぜる。

  3. 3) 盛り付ける 01:25

    ボウルに2の大根、3を入れて和える。
    お皿に和えた大根を盛り付ける。
    軽く炒ったちりめんじゃこ、大葉、小さく切った木綿豆腐、焼き海苔をかけて完成。

Point

・When cutting daikon radish, the texture changes depending on the thickness, so cut it to your desired thickness.
