  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ2
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
  • (A)水 : 大さじ4
  • 鰹節(油揚げ用) : 1パック
  • (B)水 : 100cc
  • (B)醤油 : 大さじ1
  • (B)みりん : 大さじ1
  • (B)玉ねぎ : 1/2個
  • 卵 : 2個
  • ご飯 : 茶碗2杯分
  • 鰹節(ご飯用) : 1パック
  • 青ネギ : 適量
