Soak the sliced onions in the vinegar water.
Remove the seeds from the pumpkin, wet it with water, put it in a heat-resistant bowl, wrap it lightly, and heat it in the microwave (600W) for 5 minutes. -

Scoop out the insides of the pumpkin and put it in a bowl.
Add the drained onions, wrap and heat in the microwave (600W) for 1.5 minutes.
Add sliced cheese and mix.
Add (A) and mix.
Remove from heat and add mayonnaise and mix.
Arrange on a plate and season with salt and pepper to complete.
Point
・Add sliced cheese for richness.
・The onion can be finely chopped.
・Exposing the onion to vinegar water removes the spiciness.
・If you heat the pumpkin and then hollow it out, you can cleanly remove the insides.
Add the sliced cheese while the pumpkin is hot.
・If you add mayonnaise while it is hot, it will separate, so let it cool before adding it.
・When removing the heat, cover the dough with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
・Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your liking.
・I don't use pumpkin skin, but you can use it if you like.
・The time required to cool down is not included in the required time.
